⇒ John Triggs is a University of Virginia-trained engineer, with an MBA from Duke University.   Mr. Triggs, who is currently a manager with a Washington, DC area Internet services company, serves as a contractor to Intensive Writing LLC in designing and building the company's websites and the innovative vocabulary learning software.
